2. Service enquiries
V1 does not accept or store online requests. Contact is by phone or at sofia@housekeeping.bg. If you provide a name, phone number, property address or preferred time, the information is used only to answer, organise and deliver the requested service.
3. CityHelp
CityHelp.bg is reached through an external link. Data processing on CityHelp is governed by its own rules and is not presented as an automatic Sofia Housekeeping verification.
4. Candidates
Online applications are not active. If a candidate sends a CV to sofia@housekeeping.bg, it may be retained for up to six months unless the law requires otherwise or the candidate requests earlier deletion. A photo is optional.
5. Rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by contacting sofia@housekeeping.bg. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
6. Security and automated decisions
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are applied. V1 does not perform profiling or decisions based solely on automated processing.
The legal name, registration number, VAT number and address remain unpublished until provided.
